I am not sure what to put into the current USCIS status on the I-485.

My L1 visa expired in 05/2010, but my company had filed an I-797A which was granted and came back with a I-94 that is valid till 05/2012.

On the I-797A it sates:

"Notice type: Approval Notice

Class: L1A

Valid from 05/15/2010 to 05/14/2012"

So should I put in the current USCIS status:

"L1A visa with I-797A extension" ?

04/2006 - came to US as L1 employee

04/2010 - got married

11/2010 - submitted AOS package (I-130, I-485, I-765)

05/2011 - Welcome letter arrived in the mail

11/2017 - Filed for naturalization (Online Houston office)

11/2017 - Biometrics

06/2018 - Interview (passed)

06/2018 - Case approved notification

Yes.

Tim, I think you need to take a step back and read the instructions and digest them. You seem a bit panicked and that frame of mind might cause you to make mistakes. Read the instructions here and for the forms themselves at uscis.gov... Relax. Good luck.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

I just can't afford to make a mistake and I have read through all of the information, but in some cases I am not 100% sure.

and as always: Better safe than sorry!

On the same note:

When asked for the VISA number and date issued I take the VISA number from the passport, but the expiration date would be what is on the I-797A.

THe question is doe the I-797A act as an extension of my VISA?
