Unlike the I-864, the I-134 doenst have any official instructions for joint sponsors. Reason being, they are for two totally different purposes and hence why consulates will vary in their application/use of the I-134. Some will accept an additional I-134 from someone other then the USC petitioner, some will not.

The I-864A is a contract between household member and sponsor, whereby household member/s income is used on the sponsors I-864. If a joint sponsor is used, they complete an I-864 just as the sponsor does.

Does somebody know if in Brazil I can have a co-sponsor for the k-3?

05/01/07 - Another infopass, this time he talked to someone in California who said that is going to approve my case and that I'll have my card in 3 weeks.

12/27/06 NOA

01/12/07 Biometrics

02/30/07 RFE received

03/22/07 RFE sent

03/30/07 Email notification saying that they received RFE and case processing has resumed
