Can you decline your medical exam (vaccination shots)?

Did you know that a K-1 does NOT technically have any vaccination requirements?

A K1 visa might not require it but certain countries do, just like some countries require tax returns for the I-134 when they aren't actually a requirement of the form. To get the K1 visa, Australia requires you to have your immunisations up to date (except if you're pregnant already of course), Australia does not require tax returns for the I-134.

I answered specifically to the OP's situation. Is the OP from one of those countries?

I don't know, their profile doesn't say, but you didn't state you were talking country specific and your statement could be confusing for other people. Like I said, it might not be a requirement for the visa itself, but the OP's country might require it (like mine does).

If you actually took the time to read the OP's profile and timeline you would have discovered they are Manila... but I guess it is easier not to take the time

YMMV
