Missing tax form for Affidavit

I had copies of all the forms I submitted in preparation for the interview, that is until my computer died. Now I have W2's for everything BUT 09 and I'm not sure were to go from here. I know we need the affidavit of support for the interview and that's sort of an integral part of the form. We went to the tax office and they said they don't have any more copies of the 09 tax return. I'm a bit stuck on what to do as they only gave me two weeks to prepare for my interview which didn't give me much time to deal with these issues.

What can I do?

What can I do?

Visit nearest IRS local office to get IRS tax transcripts on the spot.

OR

Call IRS at 800-908-9946 to get it faxed to you.

how are you accessing online right now?

go to your local library (ours have public computers) go to IRS website and print the forms from there. i think that's what you're asking for is the blank irs 2009 form1040, is that correct?

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. Contact your congressman and senator's offices as well.

I am the one immigrating and no I am not asking for the blank forms. I'm talking about the tax returns from 09 that would have the W-2 for the Affidavit of Support that I need for the Embassy Interview. I was only notified this past Friday that my interview would be December 8th. And I'm accessing online from my new computer, which does not have the scans of the forms. I was only able to recover my scans of his tax returns from 08 and 07. I'm here trying to get information on how to deal with this as I only have 2 weeks and when he went to the liberty tax office they said they didn't have any more copies.

I'm forwarding the information P[atience linked to my husband so he can hopefully get new tax return/w2 scans for me before dec 8th.
