Hi,

I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this but I hope you all can help me out.

My husband and I moved in Sept. However, I totally forgot about filling out an AR-11 and just realised I needed to as I will be sending in my removing conditions paperwork next month. My husband also forgot to send in the complimentary paperwork for moving and being my sponser. Last night we filled it all out and sent it off but I was wondering if there is anything else we need to do, or if we should be concerned about incuring fines. I haven't drawn on welfare or any other public assistance programs.

Also, how long does it usually take them to process addresses changes? I just want to make sure I'm not going to have any issues sending in my removing conditions paperwork with my new address.

Many people in the past forgot and they did exactly what you did - just send it in.

When filing for ROC, just use the current address and all the mail should be sent there...

10/20/11 .. Received text/email: Oath scheduled

10/22/11 .. Received OATH letter

11/09/11 .. Oath ceremony

We did exactly the same thing (only we moved about a year ago) and we just filed it on-line earlier this week. The on-line form didn't even ask when we moved, so hopefully that means they don't care. :)
