You can't separate one group of muslims from another, can you.

No it is you who wrongly perceives comments regarding one set of Muslims reflects my opinion beyond that set of Muslims and are not blanket statements regarding all Muslims. But reality indicates that there is mingling and thus the issue becomes complicated to discuss so you don't, reading more in to my comments than is there, and freely toss about bigot attempting to make complex issues go away.

I recognize the diversity of thought and ideology amongst Muslims. I don't see much diversity in your comments however.

Sorry had to cut a bit, but this spot was hit by landing gear and it IS therefore part of Ground Zero. My comment however was about what certain Muslims teach, which is not bigotry, and is in fact fact. Would such books and teachings be furnished in this Mosque/community center/recreation center call it what you will? You won't answer because the only true response is possibly. Harsh perhaps, but nonetheless true.

Of course it could turn out to be the opposite and these folks won't tolerate that flavor of Islam when the Center is built. But it is not at all ignorant or bigoted to be concerned. Not all of are comfortable going through life with blinders on and gags over our mouths in order to not offend.

Now if you are against teaching little kids how to properly amputate hands and feet just say so. It isn't hard, I can say it. It's sick and wrong and it could be taught here but it never should be.

Not everyone subscribes to the Pamela Geller boundaries for GZ, so, no Park51 is not part of GZ. Even if it was, along with the sacred strip clubs, bars, bookie joints and fast food concessions surrounding it, the developers have jumped through all the required hoops to bring their vision into reality. It's possible that they could have orgies in there, or that the dry cleaners on the next block could be a Puerto Rican terrorist base, but that remains to be seen.

Thank God, not everyone believes that wherever there are Muslims, there are terrorists. That is a fact, and one that allows the sane among us to live without the kind of paranoia that you have freely chosen to suffer from.

So by your studious silence Sofyaa do I conclude you approve of children learning how to amputate hands and feet in psycho Islamic Quoran School?

Do you know if the Saudis have generously offered their text books free or at discount to Park51 and have been rebuffed? Link please.

No I don't fear or believe there are terrorists wherever there are Muslims. But there are definitely Muslims wherever there are Muslim terrorists to be found.
