Ok, So I see posts and discussions about emailing form DS3032 to NVC. I need clarification.

- Should my mom (beneficiary) send only an email to NVC appointing me as her agent. or should she send both, email and the signed form?

- Also, should she email a scanned/ signed DS3032 in the email or just details of whom she wants as her agent? or both?

She can follow this template http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form for emailing COA.

You can email or attached the signed form both are accepted by NVC.

You could do both. I just emailed them yesterday. I only got an email reply back for the template version and not the actual scanned, signed DS-3032 form. Either will work.

I called for my wife's case.....NVC told me that It hass to be signed by my wife and mailed to NVC. She could mail it direct to NVC. Nvc told me that the electronic filing was not available for Pakistan at this time. I am talking 5 months ago.

hmm, that's good to know. I'll just have her sign and mail it to NVC then. My mother is in no hurry to come here, so I don't think the delay will matter to her. Thank you!
