I no i need to bring like 5 copies of the G-325 bio info forms for her to fill out. I tried to find the info on usgov.org but nothing. Maybe someone who has went through before can answer my question. Thanks in advance.....

You'll need the G-325 bio forms to send with the I-129F so you'll need to do that when you are with her and then send it all from there or when you return.

Start here and read the guides carefully: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;page=k1guide

Good luck

Well, you need her filled out copies of the G-325A form before you send in your I-129F as it is all part of the same packet of information that they require. So, if you still have to get her to fill those out, you need to file your request after you get back from your trip and have those forms completed.

Our K-1 Visa/AOS/RoC timeline can be found here.

Wen you get back, You need to send several things along with that form, G325s, photos letters of intention, copies of correspondence, receipts, passport photos, copy if passport page showing your travel to their country.

Read the Guides on this site, and also get the Nolo book "Fiancé & Marriage Visas: A Couple's Guide to U.S. Immigration" from amazon.

You want to make sure you send everthing that is needed along with the I-129F or you will get it sent back or RFE for sure.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Good luck

Take kitkat's advice and do your research. You will clearly see that all 4 pages of the G-325 need to be completed by EACH of you, and signed as originals. Seeing her soon will help as you can gather from her her pictures, a letter of intent, etc. Do your research before you go so you don't miss anything. Mailing is expensive and only delays the process!

A great marriage is not when the "perfect couple" comes together.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.

Also, if you are going there, save plane tickets and take a few pictures with you her and her family. This will help you prove you have met in the last two years.

Make sure you read of the guides. You will have to wait until after she signs the (all 4 copies) G-325 and the letter of intent. Your trip will also give you good evidence of meeting. Make sure you take pictures, save boarding passes, hotel receipts, and passport photo. Good luck on your journey and have a wonderful trip

Unless that book was published in June, it's already out of date with respect to IMBRA. I would skip paying money for any book and rely on the links provided here. They, along with the wealth of experience you can find among these pages, provide the most up-to-date information you could want.

Wow- thanks for all the information everyone. I guess i should start telling her to get all her info ready, like birth certificate, all i.d's, etc. I will jsut get online and print all the I-239f, and G-325 and bring it with me, so we wont have to get online there and fill it out (especially with all the brown-outs). Well hopefully my process will go great and i wont mess up to much informaion (i mess up filling out paperwork at work).

And thanks again to all that replied to my message. Hope you all have a great weekend!!!!
