Ok this may have been asked before but I have had no luck finding it. For Question 23 should we put the gross income based on my salary (no idea if or what bonuses I may get) or is it supposed to be adjusted gross income based on my projected tax return?

It's whatever your annual income is...look at your last paycheck for what you have earned so far and then add your bi-weekly, weekly, or monthly pay till the end of the year. The total will give your annual income. It can not be you AGI as you have not filed your 2010 taxes yet. Hope that helps.

THEY USE YOUR ADJUSTED GROSS INCOME

On Instruction no:23, doesn't mention AGI, It says employer letter can shows the annual salary. If your emploer giving you the letter, which will show the Total Annual Salary, not adjusted gros income. I just dont feel like make confuse NVC folks about not matching numbers between employer letter and No: 23. So I wrote on no:23 what employer's letter shows. Does it make sense to you?

I have the same question, is it annual salary number or after taxes, whatever is on my tax transcript? :wacko:

Thanks. That's what I was assuming since I can't file 2010 taxes yet, we can't really calculate AGI other than just a broad estimate.
