NVC AVR message

Dear Visa Journey members:

Have anyone faced the same situation i am facing right now, I sent all documents to NVC (affidvate of support, Ds-230 part I&2 with supporting docuements police clearence photocopy of biographic page colored and 2 pictures of benificary with birth certificate and translation) i called NVC AVR and it said "THE NVC HAS REVIEWED YOUR DOCUMENTS AND FOUND MISSING INFORMATION...etc" i spoke with the operator and she told me we have received a package from you yesterday please allow 2-4 weeks for review my question is:

Have anyone faced the same problem and then the case got completed by it self?

Is the AVR always right or it is only a standard messages?

NVC take a while to open the mail, it takes time to get into review room?

Thanks in advance hope someone can help with this.

You have to call the operator and ask them what is missing. Have you sent the i864 and when did you send your ds-230?

I sent I-864 a week or more before ds-230 and yes it is mentioned in my topic that i have sent the whole ds-230 and supporting documents, and yes i mentioned that i spoke with operator as well
