photocopies of actual credit cards a valid evidence

hi to all ,

i just wanted to know that me and my wife have 2 credit cards with same credit card number ,but the credit card statements just shows her name because she being the primary account holder and she has just added me on to her account. so i am planing to make photocopies of actual credit cards and sending them as evidence. do you guys think that it will be good enough to show joint credit card accounts ? and its a valid piece of evidence? thanks.

That's exactly what I did: sent ONLY photocopies of our credit cards, showing the same account number.

I'm in the same situation.

Would the copy of the cards be sufficient or should I show statements showing that one of us pays the card from a non-joint bank account? Or would that just be more confusing and unnecessary?

I sent ONLY copies of the cards and would do it again if I had to. That's why I used the word ONLY.

The cards show that you and your spouse have a joint credit card account, meaning your spouse could -- theoretically -- go to Neiman-Markus and buy one of them honking $75,000 Special Edition Camaros using the card, had they not sold out within 3 minutes. Regardless, it's prove that either partner has access to money shared by the other partner, which is sufficient. Whether the spouse actually shops at Tiffany's using the card or not doesn't matter. What matters is the access to the money.
