What are the chances of a co-sponsor not having previous tax years, but makes good money now be?

Hi!

I have this co-sponsor, but he might not be able to get his taxes unless they were automatically filed in US Virgin Islands. He is making good money now. Will we still get denied the co-sponsor even he is making a good amount of money ( above 125% poverty line)?

and about how long after you submit the paperwork will it take for an interview date?

I Do NOT have another co-sponsor because i am a student in school. I start work in February as a Medical Assisstant. At that time i would not need a co-Sponsor. But i can't find another co-sponsor :S

If the joint sponsor cannot produce a tax return to go along with their I-864 then your petition would be stopped until the proper documents could be submitted.

This person knows if they filed their income taxes or not. It's not done automatically.
