Hi,

I have previsoulsy post my situation abuot my 2nd petition for my Fiance in FuZhou. I understand that this is a high fraud area where 9/10 case are rejected, thus I am thinking abuot moving back to reside in her city, Fuzhou, and work. Eventaully hoping to go through the DCF route, will this help or increast the chance on my application. Thanks!

Why exactly was your case denied?

DCF cases do tend to get approved more, because the very fact of having lived together for 6+ months shows bonafide, plus you will have more bonafide proof such as bills together, being on a lease together etc. On the other hand, the Affidavit of Support may be an issue.

I don't see any record of you posting any details of your case except that she is from Fujian Province in China. Actuals details would be helpful. Otherwise people are just providing blind advice not targeted to your situation.
