Signatures on Forms for Back Up Copies of Packets

Hello VJ!

Stupid question, but I'd rather ask:

When making a photocopy of all forms in my packets, do you recommend I:

a) Photocopy the signed forms so I have a copy of the exact same document I filed, with signature and all?

b) Photocopy the forms before signing them so I have the copies ready for a fresh signature if I ever need to use the back up copies?

Hello VJ!

I would recommend choice a. Just my opinion.

Yes ALWAYS

Keep copies of everything you sign and send! ! ! !

WHyY ? ? ? in case they are lost and misplaced

you have copies to re submit later and also for

the reason of verifying you have a copy incase

they say you didnt send or have them ever at all.

Its a muist foir every to have extra toi cover your self
