Yep but I have to admit that the RFE came at the right time because the wifes side of family was in chaos. Mother in law health took a turn for the worst and wife was only person there to care for her. We didn't need to be focused at that point on the paperwork but on caring ensuring mother in law was comfortable in her last days on this earth. Life showed us once again to not be obsessed with trivial things but to enjoy the real things we have. So I'm not worried about the RFE it will take care of itself. It's not putting all focus on this process. Not worrying about when the paperwork is going to be processed. She buried her last parent and it put everything back into prospective on whats important and to take life as it is and to stop rushing what we don't control. it's not when she will come to be here, but that she will be here with me when the time is right and not a second earlier than that.

I agree with you that it is stalling I had an RFE for the birth certificate with EP as well. I sent the same thing back that I sent in the time before and it was accepted. So go figure. I would make sure that the document looks right after you scan it... Send it to your self and download it to make sure all of the certificate is present. I hope this is an error on their part.

ALL you people who say Attornies do it wrong...

Take a hike. You got proof of all of them that have

attornies all got RFE's, or you just make stupid coment

becasue you dont really know.

I bet you there are more RFE done by people doing it

them self than Attornies. But for you all that did do

it right great.

you aren't DENIED and never need one becasue you have

I'm sure some attornies do make mistake but i would bet all my

money on a attorney than without. People doing it themself have

a MUCH HIGHER RATE of RFE...Than people who have attornies !

So let just hope you dont need and attorney and dont get a RFE.

cases than somebody who doing it their first time alone ! ! ! ! !

Maybe you luck out doing it right but there the chance you

dont also. Dont tell me experience attornies and them doing hundreds dont

mean nothing. I really dont care what you think. Let's just say

you better PRAY YOU DONT GET A RFE.

I rather take my chances on somebody who knows what they are

doing than somebody trying to do it themself and not sure or

doing it wrong. Help is available here.

But what you dont have a right if they find your MISTAKE also.

What if you were working right alone and you were them working

on a claim and you found a mistake processing your claim. Dont you

think they are pissed off also becasue you didnt or failed to do it right.

Now they have to take the time out to notify of your mistake

a week or thousands ? ? ? Everybody complains about them

They dont have a right to place the blame on you if you are

not correct also ? ? ?

They are human just like you and have rights to make mistakes also.

OH WELL !

So far my lawyer has made several mistakes. Unfortunately because of 2 previous petitions I needed one. 1st make an RFE for a her birth certificate. 2nd mistake forgot to file the papers at the NVC in NOVEMBER he says he sent them, but I doubt. He could of filed Electronically, but he chose the mail route. I call NVC 1-5-11 found out they are still waiting for the papers. I call again 1-25-11 they say still didn't receive them. He could of file EPS. Again he does not. Now I am waiting and waiting he's cost me 3 months so far with his BS. RFE's delaying the sending of the AOS and the DS-230 which could have been sent 3 months ago. Add another 3 weeks for an RFE. LAWYERS SUCK I take my own chances and file and accept an RFE than use a lame *** lawyer. I could do what he does for half the money and do a better job! Except I don't have what the USCIS and NVC wants me to USE a lawyer!
