I noticed for a lot of other couples on here, their checks were cashed within a couple days maybe 5....Mine is still not touched...should I be worried?!?!??!

11/17/10-Mailed I-129F via FedEx!!!

11/18/10-Received this morning and signed! (on our way)

11/25/10-Received Email this morning that they have received Application and sent to VSC!

11/26/10-"Touched"

11/28/10-"Touched"

11/29/10-"Touched"

12/01/10-"Touched"

12/01/10-Received NOA1 Hardcopy

12/02/10-"Touched"

04/19/11-NOA2 APPROVED

04/25/11-NVC Received

04/28/09-Left NVC

05/01/11-Consulate Received

08/15/11-Interview!!

Interview Result- AP :o(

10/10/2011-AP FINISHED..Visa READY Thank you Jesus!!

10/24/11-Visa in HAND!!!

Not at all. They should cash it by the end of this week or early next week, keep in mind that there is a holiday this week and that there are more likely some USCIS workers taking some vacation time :)

On your sig it says november 18th. That was a thursday sat and sun dont count as days of the week. They have only had your petition for 3 days.

Your going to need to relax because the process is long and slow. As others have said holidays are coming up and people are taking lots of time off so thats going to slow things even more.

hey i sent it the same day! so given the holidays it should take a few more weeks then? so maybe some time in December they should cash the check? once check is cashed dose that mean they are processing the application? i did not mean to hijack the topic, its just i have the same question and did not want to start another topic
