Hello VisaJourney,

I have a question, but first I will remind you a little about my case.

I voted for president and I am a permanent resident, many of you told me to never apply for Citizenship and I have not, I just got a good job offer and they want me to get my FBI clearances, so I am kind of nervous about it, Will the FBI be able to find out what I did?

9-29-2005 - Sent off K1 Petition application. my brithday!!

10-03-2005 - Vermont received package

case number in the back of the check (bank online)

never Received NOA1 in mail

10-20-2005 - approved- SO SO HAPPY!!!

10-26-2005 - got NOA2 in mail saying the case was sent to NVC

11-01-2005 - got a letter from NVC saying the case was sent to Bogota embassy in oct 28th

11-04-2005 - got package 3 on Bogota and faxed DS-230 and OF-169, i will send them to the embassy too.

Its the FBI.. they can find out anything.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I am a Citizen of the United States of America. 04/16/13
