Good luck to you too. I am just tired of feeling like i had cried all day long.

haha, i get you, i'm more of pissed about it, i can't sleep well kept thinking about this long awaited NOA2, i would even dreamt of it often. It causing me much stress really. Well, i guess we just have to keep the hopes up and wait, wait, wait, wait, and more wait. I just hope it ends soon! :)

Yeah, seeing other people applications approved gives me hope, i can more or less approximate when will they approve mine granting that it will not go beyond 5 mos of waiting. Congratulations to you! :) Oh btw, when did u have your NOA1? Thanks much!

04/26/2010 - Met in Philippines (for 2 weeks)

05/08/2010 - Officially engaged!! ( He sent the engagement ring 09/24/2010 and he proposed to me on bended knee in Philippines with the second part of engagement ring) *melting*

06/18/2010 - I-129F package Sent

06/21/2010 - NOA1

06/24/2010 - Touched

09/23/2010 - Touched (when I contacted the Congressman's office)

11/15/2010 - Touched (hopefully the approval)

11/17/2010 - NOA2 (Received hard copy 11/22/2010)

12/01/2010 - Received a letter from DOS dated 11/29/2010 stating that the petition will be forwared to USE AD within a week and that I will received the packets very soon from embassy.

01/18/2011 - Interview. APPROVED!!! No words can express how happy i am.

01/25/2011 - VISA in hand! YAY!!!

02/20/2011 - POE Chicago (O'hare)

05/14/2011 - Our Wedding day

thanks! i just hope for that "light". me and my fiance are already fighting over that NOA2, haha, and i know his temper, i just hope were still together by the time they finally approve it, the waiting seems to be endless.

That's normal to have a an argument while waiting. I've been there too! Once you received the approval, you'll forget about the fights. It will remain as part of your memories but it will keep you strong and love each other more. All the Best for to both of you! :thumbs: As long as we LIVE there's ALWAYS HOPE!

thank you, sometimes i think of just cancelling it, it's just been way way way too long. My fiance is even planning of coming here for his 4th visit, but i'm really so pissed with the NOA2 that i don't want him to come here and waste his money without having the NOA2 first. Whew! talk about the agony of waiting, i just hope there's a way to know if it will ever be approve or denied.

i will reply your question regarding touches okay , we are may filer ,we got noa1 on 24 may me and my littel kids under 21 years and we got touch only on 10 june till now we dont have any touch to our file our getting our approve so my husband contacted the congressman in his area to help me ..wish me agood luck cause its really boreing in all stages fro egyptians till u get your visa realy boreing

Congrats Ken&TJ! Well, I got touched on 11/15 and no email notification and heard nothing then just lastnight my fiance received the hard copy of NOA2. Goodluck and Godbless to everyone! To those who are still waiting just be patient. They are working to reach their 5 month time frame now unless the case is complicated. :star:
