K1 fees go down 11/23/2010 ???

Is this correct??? (couldn't post the table version)

I-129F Fees

I was going to mail my I-129F today...should I wait til tomorrow and take a gamble that this is correct?

yeah that's correct... it will be effective tomorrow (nov. 23, 2010), $340 filing fee for k1... :star::thumbs:

N-400:
May 9, 2017: N-400 packet was sent
May 15, 2017: NOA1 
June 05, 2017: Biometric Done
June 19, 2017: Case is in Line for an Interview
June 25, 2018: USCIS Scheduled an Interview
Aug. 02, 2018: Interview Date- APPROVED!
Aug. 09, 2018: Oath Ceremony

No need to wait. When they get your package mailed today, the new fee will already be in effect.

can I send a request to be reimbursed for the application we sent more than a year ago? :devil: I'm quite sure that we'd need those extra $115 more than the DHS :whistle:
