Hello Friends

Now we got this new AVR message does anyone know what does it mean ?

The NVC is awaiting the return of the biographic forms from the petitioner, once this packet is received allow 6 to 8 weeks for the reviewing of all your documentation and you will be notified of the outcome of the review.

After some research i got it, it means that they're waiting for the IV packet, even though i sent it long time ago but i will check with them tonight :thumbs:

i got same AVR massage that you got, but i called NVC and person come up in line they told me they just recived 16th Nov but i send AOS on 27th Oct and DS-230 On NOV 3rd so it means it take time more than 15 days to enter in system ones your AOS and DS-230 deleverd to NVC.

09/30/10 -reccived NO2

10/07/10 –NVC received the file

10/13/10 - NVC case # generated

10/14/10 - Called NVC and gave both beneficiary and petitioner email addresses

10/19/10 - Beneficiary emailed DS-3032 to NVC

10/24/10 - recived AOS and DS-3032 from NVC By email format

10/24/10 - Paid AOS fee $ 88.00

10/26/10 - AOS fee status shows "PAID"

10/27/10 - AOS package expressed mailed (next day delivery)

10/28/10 - IV fee bill generated

11/02/10 - IV Fee PAYED AND RECIVED BARCODE Coversheet

11/02/10 - Sent DS-230 NVC.

11/03/10 - NVC Recived

11/16/10 - Recived RFE from NVC Missing Documnet for I-864

11/22/10 - sent Missing Documnet ot NVC and NVC recived 11/23/2010

12/06/10 - Today they have it in system and they review it and will take time ???//

12/14/10 - Sign in fail

Consulate

01/03/11: Interview scheduled by NVC

01/25/11: VFS office visit

01/18/11: Medical

02/04/11: got visa ......

??/??/??: POE

??/??/??: Welcome Letter & Green Card

i got the same msg but about the AOS package that my husband sent en november 3, the same day i sent the IV packet from morocco. nvc received it and enter it on the systeme. i don t know if they haven t AOS packet or just it s taking more time to be saved on th system

Alot of times the AVR is alot slower than what is actually happening at the NVC!

Loto That's right i am like a month ahead of them, They said on November 17 they received a Package at the building, but they don't know what it is yet lol, allow 10 days to review it :D

Is there a way to talk to a person who knows something other than the people who answers the phone

Supervisor will have better idea, but it is difficult to get the supervisor from the Tier1.
