Hello!

My fiance lived in the US for more than six month after the age of 16, although he wasn't a resident (his father was over on a work project) how do I get his police certificate early (from the United States) so that we don't have to worry about getting it when our NOA2 comes? I'm hoping it's any day now!

No need for a US police cert, they can do their own background checks.
