i am 21 and i have never filed any tax returns etc what do i do when i send in my aos package i dont have any of that stuff?

I take it you are the petitioner? pretty sure you have to file your taxes unless you were ineligible and have not had to. If you have never had an income I think you can write a letter and you will definitely need a co sponsor. Wait for someone with more experience to help you :)

Good luck

i am the petitioner and i have never had to file anything, i started my first "real" job in the last couple months, before that i really just worked part time

I have a co sponsor...theres nobody here like me or with a template or something?

If you have a co-sponsor, then you are all set. It's their tax returns that get filed to prove sufficient support. And yes, there is tons of information around here concerning co-sponsorship and people who have gone that route.

Co-sponsor is required in your case, a letter explaining why you didn't file (because you didn't make enough income if thats the case) and you can also get proof of non filing by filling out a tax transcript request form. Also by reading the directions on the I-864 it gives you decent directions on what type of financial documents they want.

May 2010 CR-1/IR-1 Filers Thread

“Love is patient, love is kind, it does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil, but rejoices in truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.” (Corinthians 13:4-7)
