Hello

Applied for CR-1 Noa 1 was received April 30th

I have not heard anything: California office has the paperwork:

Where do you get this "touched" from. I see no place on USCIS site that tells:

We are still in initial stage of review

California site posts 5 months for process on the 15TH of November but we have been 7 monhts .

I hired attorney and asked also for help from my US Senator

What else can I do?

Second, you'll have to Add a Case to Your Portfolio.

The highlighted column "Last Updated" shows the date when your case was touched.

Not necessarily worried, but you definately need to be proactive now. Your petition is way beyond due. The Senator's office is a good start. You can call USCIS also and request and update. The person who answers the phone will say it is in process and you just have to wait but don't accept that answer. Ask for a Level 2 person and make the request through them. Not sure that they will give you any information, but it may get things jump started on your case. You can request an infopass also, but I'm not sure what that can accomplish other than give your case visibility.

Hi everyone!

i filed i 130 for my wife about 2 years ago when i was LPR about 5 months i become citizen and i upgraded our case by phone and i sent to uscis a copy of naturalisation , number receipt and copy of passport then we didn't hear nothing from them i called them many many many times they tell me the case is in process that's so frustring . my i 130 doesn't approve yet and i'm tired of waiting so i made an infopass .when i went there they didn't give me any good information .i asked them why my case took that long time they told me that because they have many cases and they asked me to be more patient .

sincerely i can't stand waiting.

anybody have had the main situation can answer my question please:

How long does my case take to get approved after my infopass?

i appreciate your helps.
