what's next after filing adjustment of status?

wondering what's next after filing adjustment of status 1-485. what to expect after? how long does it takes to receive biometrics appointment, employment authorization EAD and interview? will they call us or notify us in mail.also i wanted to know what to prepare before the interview? do we need to gather again all the documents we passed on 1-485 application?

USCIS will notify you by mail. They won't call you.

Take all of your documents with you to the interview. Make sure you bring along any new documents that show your new life together...photos of your new life together...your marriage certificate... bills with both of your names on them...a joint bank account...etc. I submitted my notarized Last Will and Testament which named Chinook as my sole beneficiary. I also submitted my notarized Power of Attorney in Chinook's name.
