i 130 ?

Hi everyone!

i filed i 130 for my wife about 2 years ago when i was LPR about 5 months i become citizen and i upgraded our case by phone and i sent to uscis a copy of naturalisation , number receipt and copy of passport then we didn't hear nothing from them i called them many many many times they tell me the case is in process that's so frustring . my i 130 doesn't approve yet and i'm tired of waiting so i made an infopass .when i went there they didn't give me any good information .i asked them why my case took that long time they told me that because they have many cases and they asked me to be more patient .

sincerely i can't stand waiting.

anybody have had the main situation can answer my question please:

How long does my case take to get approved after my infopass?

Info pass doesn't do anything for your processing. It just is an avenue for you to get information

Contact your senator on congressman to find out what the delay is
