I (a U.S. Citizen)am filing for my stepdaughters to come to live in the U.S. with their dad and I. When filing the I130 for them how do I send the paperwork in to the service center? I want to make sure they get processed at the same time. Do I send them in the same envelope? Any help is greatly appreciated.

you can send them in using the ONE envelope... not a gurantee that they will be on the same processing schedule... often times they (uscis) so try to keep them together

I assume both girls were under 18 when you married their father? Prepare 2 separate I-130 packages, with cover letter and supporting documents (collated and secured with clips). The cover letters should mention they are filed in concurrence with each other. Use 1 check for their payments, put the total amount for both. Yes, mail them in the same envelope.

Do I have to complete a G325A to send with this I130, and as far as the girls go do they need G325A's completed? I am the U.S. citizen filing for them, they are only 4 and 6.

Yes submit the biographic forms (3). So yourself and the other 2. The form (i130) references the bio form with spousal submission but would work out quicker for you. I submitted the G325a when I filed for my mom/dad 8 months ago and will do the same for my 15 y/o brother come december.

When do you plan to file?

No, you do not need to submit a G-325A for your stepchildren. You must submit a G-325A if you are filing for a husband or wife.

As per USCIS I-130 instructions:

Stepparent/Stepchild: If your petition is based on a stepparent-stepchild relationship, you must file your petition with a copy of the marriage certificate of the stepparent to the child's natural parent showing that the marriage occurred before the child's 18th birthday, copies of documents showing that any prior marriages were legally terminated and a copy of the stepchild's birth certificate.

I hope this helps.
