Getting ready to file K1 and just want to make sure I have everything right. I file the I-129F and mail it to Texas? I read in the instructions that I must provide original staement from both my fiance and myself saying we plan to marry in 90 days. What is sufficient to prove this? A G-325A for both of us. Passport syle photos of each of us. Divorce decrees. Am I missing anything?

Go to "Example Forms" and click on Fiance(e) Letter of Intent to see the sample statement you both write as it appropriately relates to you. All that is required is the statement.

Not really. You need to send proof of meeting in person, proof you are a citizen. Phone records are for the visa interview and prove nothing needed for the petition.
