Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

thank you guys for your fast answer,i have one more question and maybe is very silly...

What kind of treatment to expect from USCIS if you want to get married again to someone who is not your first spouse?(meaning the person who you got yourt green card from)

do you have to make it exactly like if you start the process again with your new husband?it has already happenned 2 years after my divorce and i feel like I should take the chance to start over with my life and be happy again.

I was reading that link but it is talking about conditional residents (2 years only)or it talks about permanent residents too?THE NEW MARRIAGE LICENSE MIGHT BE IN MY FUTURE CASE THE DOCUMENT TO ASK MY CHANGE OF NAME.is this correct?

thank you.

Its saying if you have a conditional card you arent supposed to use that form to get a new card. That form is only for changes in your name or identification or a lost card.

If you marry you would send a copy front and back of your green card and a copy of your new marriage certificate and whatever else the form asks you for.

I dont believe you have to " start again " if you marry someone new. Im not sure if it would affect your changing from PR to citizen but I dont think it does.

thank you! have a great nite:)

If you're thinking about becoming a US citizen, then wait on changing your name until then. I'm not quite sure about your timeline but it kinda seems it's been 5 years since you became a permanent resident (or almost eligible), so if becoming a citizen is almost around the corner then do the name change altogether with the citizenship process. This will save you the i-90's processing fees.
