Hi i just read someones very sad rfe and thought wow i don't have a lot of the things on that list.

i can say what i have and hope that someone can tell me if they think it will be enough or what else i can do. Basically we met on myspace and later he deleted his account and all of our messages and comments were lost. I tried to back my chat logs up before i got rid of my pc and it failed so when i got here, ofcourse he didn't keep any of the chat logs.

i do have record that shows purchases of phone cards but from what i read that establishes nothing. we never emailed.

i lost my flight iteneraries and ticket stubs perhaps i can show my bank receipts for the payments?

When i came we stayed with his family for awhile before we got our own flat. The flat we are in now is joint. We have joint bank account. He has me on his medical insurance. i have hotel receipt with both of us on it for 2 nights. We took a flat in alexandria for a week also i can get something for that

still have the ring receipts also

Do you think the lack of evidence for our courtship will hurt our case?

I can get statements from his mom and dad telling when we met and when they found out about us.

really i can't think of anything else.

Bank recipts for flights only show that you payed for it, they do not show or prove that you got on the plane and took the trip.

Photos from the wedding, photos from the trips, photos with family and friends when you visited or when he visited. You have none? Cards from people congradulating the marriage, statements from people/family who attended the marriage?

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

good point on the first one. Well, i have visa stamped showing my arrival in egypt will that suffice on that one.

I have photos taking during wedding party, i do have photos taken with me and him and his family and i am getting together some affidavits

i was filing direct so hoping they don't scrutinize me that much, sheesh i lived here for 6 months and its not always comfortable according to my spoiled tastes :P

i was more concerned about proof of courtship that is where i am lacking do u think that will be an issue

I - think - since you are already married they want to see more that you have a real relationship/marriage right now and that when you return to the US that you have the ability to support you and him.

Bring phone records and any passport stamps plus whatever else you have from before you married but also bring pictures etc of your marriage plus your lease and utilitys showing all your current co-mingled life.

A lot of the stuff you do have sounds good. As many pics as possible. Also don't know if it's the same at the embassy where you're at, but the embassy here where I am does not accept affidavits as proof of relationship, so you may want to find out and save yourself some time if they won't accept them.
