Hi... since I am flying when I activate my visa I will only be taking three suitcases of stuff with me and I will not be able to return to Canada to get the rest of my things. We will be getting married in N MN the end of December so my fiance is willing to just drive to Wpg and pick up my stuff from my sisters and bring it back across the border for me. Some of what he will be bringing will include wintery decorations for our wedding and my wedding dress as well as basic things like clothes and such. There will be no gifts in the pile. Should I give him a letter from me stating his purpose and briefly outlining our situation? What, if any, hassle might he encounter?

thanks

Adjusting from K-1

06/24/11 - mailed AOS/EAD/AP applications to Chicago Lockbox

06/29/11 - received email notification of arrival

08/05/11 - still no word on EAD - no RFE, no NOA... Wondering if this is something to worry about?!

08/11/11 - biometrics apt in Fairbanks (apt letter listed AOS only)
