I sent a request to Department Homeland Security for the return of my husbands orgiginal documents and they sent me a letter back saying that it should have been sent to the NVC and they have forwarded it to them and now today I got a letter from the NVC saying that I have to contact the Kingston Embassy. OMG which one is it do anyone know. I sent the form from USCIS and it said to sent to where you file your application. Can anyone tell me.

Please update your timeline.

If he didnt get them back at the interview, I would expect its going to be very hard to get them back if you can get them back at all.

Then you dont get any documents back untill at the interview when you ask for them back. They need all originals to do the processing right now.

No I need the documents back from my hubby's process that from August the new time line that you see is my stepdaughters. My hubby came over in August and they never returned our documents.
