My husband was in the marines when he filed for me when I came to the US last December however, he got out the August before i came home and he got a construction job but because of of the snow he wasnt able to work everyday so our finances was not good at all and since i wasnt working it was pretty hard. He had to end up sending me to live with my sis which is in another state. The plan was that he was going to move here with me until we get our own place but things didnt work out that way. I have been living here for the past 6 months but i will be going home in 2 weeks but am worried cause last year could be repeating its self. i have been working and save some money for when i go home to my husband just incase anything go bad again but the question I want to ask is immigration going to have a problem with this? am we gonna get investigated? Are they gonna try and send me out of the country because we were apart for so long?

It is rare for a married couple to not live together.

However, you have another year of living together before ROC so you should be ok. Also, keep any evidence you have of bonafide marriage during your time apart, such as joint accounts, being on eachother's life insurance, joint car or home ownership, letters, emails, photos of visits etc.
