Sent ds-230 & affidvate of support but...

Dear all, its been 2 weeks since i have sent ds-230 with civil documents included and today the AVR message system says they have reviewed my documents and found incomplete...etc.

My question is what did i do wrong, i sent the ds-230 form with civil documents in a normal envelop i didnt wait for their letter and that contains the envelop cover, did they discard my ds-230 and documents?

I think the only way you are going to find out is if you call them and ask why the documents are incomplete. No one on here is really going to know that, only the people that reviewed your papers will know.

well you should have waited for their letter of instructions because it has complete list of what to send and the cover sheet.

if it is incomplete then they will send you a checklist of what you need to bring and the instructions as how to send it

I have spoke with the operator and she told me that they have received a mail from me on 18th of november and i havent sent any papers on that date, is it possible that they open mail a long time after they got it?

She told me give us 2-4 weeks to review
