On 16th nov I had an interview for my K3 visa. when I arrived the cons.Officer checked all the required doc. she said to me 100% are fine and correct so please come back tommorw when i go back I met another officer. She asked me proove communication like Email and money transfer phone bills I show her she said well every thing is ok so pleasae bring to me 4 more months for phone bills.& take your visa ......and come back next week. so is any one of you knows this kind of case. so please help me any idea if my visa is ready

I'd have your petitioner contact his senator or congressman and have them follow up on what's happening at the embassy.

If you were told to bring something more, your visa will not be ready until after you comply with the request. If they were ready to make a final decision, they wouldn't be requesting more documentation.
