hello good day to all of you , i am currently gathering my tax papers an pay stubs , i would like to know what would be required . I know the W2's i have to get , but do i have to get another form called 1040EZ ? to go with the W2's .. and also do i list my income as taxable or gross .. thanks for your help ..

1040EZ form for filing taxes, You will need copies of what ever form you used when filing your taxes 1040, 1040A or 1040EZ.

As for simplicity if you are using only your income to show support, no co sponsors. You may want to use the I-864EZ from USCIS, it requires less documentation, minimum of past year's 1040 and copy of W2, no letter from employer or banks needed.

Still recomended to provide past 3 years 1040's and W2's, and past 6months pay stubs.

I-846EZ states that it is the adjusted gross income that should be entered on the form.
