I don't worry about Islam dying out. The more hyperbole around it, the more smart and inquisitive people tend to investigate and discover a better way. God's way of ensuring new blood.

There is 0 proof of god. Can't talk, can't move, can't read, can't write, can't answer prayers/wishes, is completely non existent as far as common sense and logic goes. Yet you have billions of humans that get on their knees and pray inside their minds and actually believe they are communicating with god despite the fact they will never get a response. I think it has to do with something embedded/hypnotized into their brains since birth as well as the scare tactic that if you don't believe in this all loving perfect god he will send you to hell where you will suffer in excruciating unimaginable pain forever.

Do we need to ban Twinkies? Of course not. Twinkies are not inherently good or evil. Twinkies can be beneficial or detrimental, depending on how one chooses to use them.

I disagree. Speaking for myself only, there have been countless times in my life when God answered my prayers and made Himself known in my life. There is no greater feeling than experiencing the love and grace of God...and my faith is due to that, not because of some 'scare tactic that I'm going to hell'.

You two seem confused. There are man made rules as to what is and isn't acceptable behaviour, right, wrong etc. These rules are the basis of being able to function as social beings - the problems arise when men pretend that there is some outside influence that ordains what is right or wrong, good or bad etc and some intrinsic belief in good versus evil. There is no outside influence, we create the rules, we need to accept the responsibilities of these rules (that people are responsible for the things that are 'wrong' in this world) because we made the rules in the first place. Of course, we are free to ignore them as we wish, we can believe that no rules apply to us, and many people do just that. If someone with a lot of power and influence breaks the rules you get war.
