Wow, I got a response from the embassy today. Apparently we were missing form IV-15 but they never choose to get in contact with us to let us know. :oops: Fabulous. But they did give me a time line as to when to expect a call for an interivew once they receive the form. Good news, then! He might be here around Christmas! :dance:

27 Feb. 2006: K1 petition sent to Nebraska Service Centre

2 March 2006: NOA1 dated (received in mail on 9 March 2006)

4 May 2006: NOA2!!!!! (DAY 66)

8 May 2006: File Sent to NVC (as stated on email dated 9 May)

24 May 2006: NVC sends our file to London Embassy

8 June 2006: Packet 3 arrives (DAY 101)

25 August 2006: Pack 3 sent to London Embassy registered post

29 August 2006: London Embassy receives my Pack 3 - 9/9/06 pack 4 arrives

SEPT 2006:APPLICATION PUT ON HOLD - WE HAD A FALLING OUT.

MAY 2007:RESUMED THE VISA APPLICATION

6 June 2007: Medical @ 2.30pm - need to get anew GP letter and psychiatric evaluation

7 June 2007: INTERVIEW @ 10am - waiting for new police record letter

3 July 2007: APPROVED/Visa arrives

HI Kimmi!! Glad things are moving for you now :-) They seemed to loose my IV15 form but after I sent it in again (registered mail this time) things moved quickly... so good luck! and welcome to VJ.

14 August 2006 - Approved!!!! :-)

21 October 2006 - Married in the mountains of North Carolina!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AOS Application

6 November 2006 - Applied for AOS, EAD and AP

09 Decemeber 2006 - e-mail received to say case was trasferred to California

16 December 2006- biometric appointment in Charlotte, NC

20 Jan 2007 -AP approved

24 Jan -EAD approved

28 June -Green card ordered

7 July wedding celebrations in Scotland

How many of you wouldnt have pitched a tent outside a USCIS office or embassy by now?

I actually had a dream about doing that.. and was looking at weekend flight tickets to London for that reason. Hehe.. good thing my tuition bill came in time to shoot that down or I'd be really broke. :thumbs:
