They dont come on a green card they come on a visa and then get a green card.

You cant do anything for your in-laws because they are your in-laws not your parents.

When your spouse lives in america and gets status in america then she can apply for her/his parents.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

To apply for your parents you must be a USC. The you file an I130 for each of them. If they are older you may also be expected to prove medical insurance for them which is a very expensive thing.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
