Hello Everyone,

I made it to Cuba. So far everythign is going well with the NVC process. I realized i misunderstood names. I assumd her father's last name to be her middle name and i used her mother's last name as her last name. Unfortunately I am middle of the NVC process (Ds-230 going in). So I am unsure as to how to go about correcting this error (going as far back as the I-130).

What's interesting is that she doesnt have a middle name, and all her paperwork shows her name with the last two names.. Any ideas?

Much love and Am glad to see such positive updates for people in the process thus far.

Fill out the DS-230 with the current, correct information and any discrepancies with previous forms can be explained at your interview if necessary. Good luck!

Actually, I put my married name in spite my passport has my maiden name, the lawyer says that it depends if you wife wants to take your last name and has her gree card with the married name, they didnt put any objections to me.

CONSULATE STAGE:
08-11-2010: USEM received the case.
10-11-2010: Called USEM, need to send ASAP DS-230 and DS-2100
12-11-2010: emailed DS-230 and DS-2100
12-11-2010: Received Interview date
16-11-2010: Medical Tests
17-11-2010: Interview: APPROVED
23-11-2010: Passport received :)

10-12-2010: Applied for replacement of S.S
