I'am a filipina from Iligan City and I was married on 11-13-10.

St.Luke's told me I need to get my third shot.

I don't know what to do next. Does somebody notify me when to get my shot?

I live in San Francisco Bay Area. Is there someone I can contact or call?

Does the shot have to be done within a certain time of period?

I been in the US for 4 weeks now.

When you send your AOS you will need to go to a civil surgeon and have them fill out your 693 form with updated shots to show you completed the cycle of shots needed.

The civil surgeon can give you the shot or you can see your own doctor to get the shot.

Usually you go by the type of shot, I dont know what yours is but generally there is a time period between the last shot you got and when you get it again next.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Hi there Hazelray! Go to the USCIS website, and there is a section there "civil surgeon", click that, and look for a surgeon near your area. Canvass the affordable one becoz some surgeon have high price even just a shot. Thats what i did when me and my son transfered our medical from St.Lukes. Make an appointment to a surgeon, and when u go to the clinic, pls dont forget to bring your passport (thats your ID right now, and they make fotocopy your visa), and your medical from St.Lukes. Tell them you want to transfer ur medical to 1-693 for AOS.

hello...we are also about to file for our AOS..then I checked my vaccination record,,it's remark is INCOMPLETE..so I still need to see a civil surgeon to have my I-693 signed and checked my vaccination again...I'm from Concord, CA(2 cities north of SF)...and when I checked the list of surgeons, I saw there's a lot of civil surgeons around SF..and thank God coz at least we got 3 civil surgeons in my city..fill up your I-693 and contact a civil surgeon and include this form in your AOS package..God bless us all!!
