I am wondering about the question at the top that states family name and includes father and mother. I put in their my dad's name and my mother's full name and then beside that it ask for first name? Whose? both? do i fill that whole line out for both my mom and my dad is that what it is asking me to do?

For family name, you put your dad's last name next to 'father'. Then you put your mother's maiden name next to 'mother'. In the next column, put your dad's first name next to his last name, below it, put your mother's first name next to her maiden name.

The first line is all about information on your father, while the line below it is all about your mother.

There's an example form here: http://www.visajourn...Form-G-325A.pdf

No problem. It's always good to double check. We're all paranoid here and want to ensure we're filling out forms correctly.

Thank you. Good luck to yours too. Definitely hoping the time flies by as it feels like it's going by very slowly right now.
