I'm always fascinated by House Hunters International where some of the shows have people who decide they're going to leave the US to live in a foreign country. I want to know if they're doing it legally or if they think they can just up and move there.

And yeah, I love that show too. It makes me want to puke when I think if I had $120k in the bank right now I could buy a mansion in Panama, but in the U.S. that same land would cost 1.5 Million or some other absurd amount.
