she needs to keep trying to contact them until she connects with a person that tells her what they were looking for in your I-130. when i received my RFE at the USCIS stage, i contacted them to get verification of what they were looking for. the first agent i spoke to said she couldn't divulge any information and that i'll have to submit the correct document. i thought that was a bunch of BS answer so i called back and got someone else. the new person i spoke with told me exactly which form i needed (turns out i submitted incorrect form for my sons).

your wife needs to be pro-active and need to keep calling them until she gets clarification on what they were looking for in terms of the RFE.

In our case,we got one RFE and sent the documents they needed.we received another e-mail telling us another RFE on the way by mail, which we never received..We were all stressed about why we couldnt receive our second RFE,we called bunch of times, they told us to be patient we will receive it soon and than can submit what they needed.Still in USCIS's website our first RFE is still being reviewed and second one even not submitted, but I got my permanent residence two months ago..I asked them in the interview if we still had any Rfe's pending, she said you are all ok and our case is all done well..You should definetly try to call them and find out whats going on,but I think they mess up a lot in this website..

I got RFE too and we sent it what they request from us then we got few updates after one month later we got approved...

You have to be patient if u already sent the papers to uscis that they request from you..I did not get that if u got another RFE..but as i understand u got few updates so you might hear somethings from them

Good luck

Since you are a DCF filler my advise is to contact US embassy where you have made the filling of your petitions, to ask them about the RFE. Wish you good luck and a fast approval.

Cip, I think melbar filed I-130 with the USCIS.

melbar, As others said your wife needs to contact USCIS if they provide info OR you will need to wait until the RFE mail arrives to see what it is.

Loto

My mistake Loto, but on his info is IR1/CR1-DCF so I believed that is a DCF filler.

No worries, Cip :)

He mentioned "uscis mailed", that's how I concluded it. Also, 200 days is very unlikely with DCF :)

See if your wife can speak to T2 at uscis, most of the time when you call, the operator that picks up the call will not tell you anything. If she asks to speak to T2 operator they can be of more help.
