shes very hateful person and she even dont go outside the home stay at home all the time dont work and drinks.

I am thinking that first i will get her arrested because she drinks when driving . i will contact police and tell them that my wife is drunk driver so they can stay closer to home and i will inform them that shes going outside in the car so they can hide somewhere and catch her.

she made my life hell and i will do the same now.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

The police will not hide out and try and catch her drunk driving. Unfortunately their resources are also quite limited. However, going down to the police station and filing a police report is a good idea. Explain it all to them. Having a paper trail in this situation is very important. This way, if something bad does happen, a restraining order will be easier to get.

I would also suggest moving out, either into a shelter or into a cheap motel and get yourself organised. Keep your paperwork close to you (indian passport, greencard, birth certificate).

I wish you well, and Im sorry for all the troubles you are dealing with.

Invictus..

Out of the night that covers me,

Black as the Pit from pole to pole,

I thank whatever gods may be

For my unconquerable soul.

In the fell clutch of circumstance

I have not winced nor cried aloud.

Under the bludgeonings of chance

My head is bloody, but unbowed.

Beyond this place of wrath and tears

Looms but the Horror of the shade,

And yet the menace of the years

Finds, and shall find, me unafraid.

It matters not how strait the gate,

How charged with punishments the scroll.

I am the master of my fate:

I am the captain of my soul.

My wife is 5 years younger younger than me and she was married before as well, and she stabbed in her ex husbands neck with a knife , i am sleepless these days because i dont feel safe. she might also try to stab me , i dont have any money to go back india because she takes all my money and keep it to herself. now next time when i have day off i will go to a bank and have my new account for myself. then my salary from work will come in my bank, actually these days we have a joint bank account and that was her idea to do that. as soon as my salary comes in the bank she takes it and spend all the money .i feel sorry for myself.

Thanks everyone for ur help.

when i talk to my friends in india online she says i am a gay talking to men and when i am talking to some female friends she says ohh maybe these women are ur girlfriends thats why i have stopped talking to anyone online, while she talk to her friends online and shes very hateful woman.

I am hiding my green card plus i will collect all my other documents in a safe place and hide them all then i will be prepared to run away from this home, I prefer to live in a jail instead of living in this home with this woman.

shes gets worse specially when shes drinking, and she also drink while driving. and she takes me outside in the car and she drive here and there on the road.i am alwasy afraid to sit in the car with her when shes drunk driving.

i better do something about this and inform police so they can spy on her and catch her.

You need to gather your IDs, bank cards, important papers AND your Permanent Resident Card and get out of your house. Contact the police, maybe they can advise you on local shelters where you could be put up while you can cash your own check and use your money to rent your own place. The only way in which getting a divorce now would affect your immigration status is that in order to apply for naturalization you would have to be a permanent resident for 5 years (instead of 3) before you can file for naturalization. She cannot have you deported, so do not believe her threats. File for divorce and get out of that situation!
