One passport-type photo (see specification) of the US Citizen. Write the full name of the US citizen on the back. Place in a plastic bag and label the bag "Photo of <Insert US Citizen's Name>". Attach the bag to a sheet of paper and place behind the corresponding G-325a.

Should I use tape, paper clips, or staples to attach the bag? I was going to use staples...but I read about the no staple rule???

-----

Is using a laser printer for printing photographs (not the passport pictures, but evidence pictures) good enough? is it better to have actual prints on photograph paper?

-----

Would it be a bad idea to include both a complete color copy of my passport AND a copy of my birth certificate?

Since they want BOTH sides of my birth certificate, should I copy both sides onto one piece of paper or two sheets of paper?

-----

Would it be a good idea to include both the petitioner and beneficiary addresses on both letters of intent?

Thanks a lot for the help!!!!

-----Answer: I suggest you to use paper clips, DO NOT staple any document. Thats at least what I was told when I was applying tour visa back years ago. Visa officers hate to remove the staplers. it's annoying to do so.

Is using a laser printer for printing photographs (not the passport pictures, but evidence pictures) good enough? is it better to have actual prints on photograph paper?

-----Answer: I did that at the photo store.

Would it be a bad idea to include both a complete color copy of my passport AND a copy of my birth certificate?

Since they want BOTH sides of my birth certificate, should I copy both sides onto one piece of paper or two sheets of paper?

-----Answer: I prepared both color copy and black copy of my passport bio info pages, just in case.

Would it be a good idea to include both the petitioner and beneficiary addresses on both letters of intent?

-----Answer: that's not necessary. You put the beneficiary's address on the beneficiary's letter of intent, and put the petitioner's address

on petitioner's letter of intent.

Thanks a lot for the help!!!!

Best is to paper clip the associated documents together (i.e front and back of birth certificate) then binder clip the whole thing. Doesn't REALLY matter. They HATE staples but they use them themselves. But they staple it the way THEY want and they have to take your staples out and they say bad words about you. Otherwise no difference. Anything you put together will be taken apart and put into their order in their folder. You get -0- points for artsy-fartsy.

It is not a BAD idea to include both BC and passport. It is not necessary. Nothing BAD happens if you do.

Doesn't matter, they HAVE your address. make sure both your NAMES appear on each letter. You have no "case number" when you send it in and the only thing that keeps YOUR letters with YOUR petition is the names.

Photos need to be legible, you can print them on photo paper or regular paper.
