well our papers finally send from nvc today .were so glad .can some one tell me cost of medical and interview.we wait for letters from manilla now before we move to next step.

I didnt wait for the letter from the embassy, if you do have a MNL case number, you can start scheduling your interview. To schedule an interview , they only need your manila case number and information about you and you can also hav your medical now.

Not entirely true. They usually don't start scheduling the interview until they get your physical file. I've tried doing what you said (and everybody else here) a couple of times but failed. Still have to wait for them to receive the papers.
