Timeline

My husband has applied again for my CR-1 visa.

The CO at the time of the interview told us to apply again... :crying:

Its not going to be any faster is it.....

Well at least we have all the paper so that not going to take time now... :wacko:

11/18/2010: I-130 package mailed

11/27/2010: I-130 NOA1 received

01/28/2011: I-130 Approved

Unfortunately no, it is not going to be any faster from their side, but as you say, it may be faster from your side as you know now how the process goes and can prepare the relevant forms and documents in advance.

Why were you denied? Have you been able to remove whatever reason that caused you to be denied?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
