Although we got our visa from her she had the nerve to ask if Josephs father died because he was marrying a white woman.

You see?! That is just stepping out of line. That could have been used against her if you had any recording. I think people should start going in with small recording devices as a means to get some evidence against people like her when they step out of line. Looks like they are playing "GOD" and can do and say whatever.

Recording devices are not allowed. But transcribing would be. I wonder what the interview would sound like with her if someone took a notepad and was writing down everything said.

Imagine having to wait for months to get an interview date, then going back to wait again cos of this 221g. Is it a crime to go for interview in Lagos???

I do know that some people are having their cases transferred to Abuja consulate. Your interview dates are closer and no witches there!

Abuja doe not handle K1 or CR1 visas they only do visitors visas.

Abuja? How? Please shed some light becuase ASAIK(as far as I know) no K-1/K-3/CR.. interview is ever conducted at Abuja. has things changed?

Sorry I did not get my facts right. Abuja processes non-immigrant visas like Student visas, visiting visas, etc. The case I was trying to make reference to is a student visa to get a timely interview date with less visa denial rate. I'll do more research on that cos I don't see why they should dont.
