Another Asian Lady 221g

My financee just walked out of the Lagos embassy with disappointment written all over her face and told me she was interviewed by the Asian Lady. According to her, everything went fine and all questions answered until it got to the phone records. She produced all pingo.com phone records I sent to her but the lady said that was nigerian phone records. This is not true because I have been using pingo and printed every record out showing my us numbers and destination numbers , time and the amount. Obviously she didn't take time to look at it but concluded it was nigerian phone records.

At this point what are my options?

1. I don't understand the administrative processing part of it. Is this the way they structure all 221g or is there soomething that is going on?

2. Do I send email to the embassy and explain that it was an oversight because she had more than 100 pages of pingo records. I can even give them my pingo accout information where they can log in and see that it really was a US phone records.

3. Do I go straight to my senator and register my disatisfaction and log into pingo and let them see that it was judgemental error?

Please I would appreciate if anyone has any suggestion. She had everything they are asking for now.

Below is the notice of the 221g she was given.

You are in AP which won't change even if you had a truck full of phone records. AP may take weeks or months. During that time get copies of you phone records, The also get information about Pingo /Ibasis /KPN to show where the company is . They are based in Massachusetts. If you have other contact data gather it also.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Thanks for your response. What I don't understand is why reject the phone record submitted claiming it is a nigerian phone records?

I have just contacted Pingo /Ibasis and the person I spoke to promised to send me the records that I needed.

Does this mean I don't have to do anything other than to wait for them to contact my financee?

I was going to send a detailed email to them explaning the situation and that we are ready for another interview since we have all documents listed. What do you think?

Lastly, what is AP and what do they do during this period?

Sorry for the denial by the Asian devil,i was at the embassy today for my interview which i was approved and saw the Asian devil when i was waiting for securty checks and started praying that i will not be on her counter and God answered my prayers. She never gave visa to any one today even those for diversity visa they were all denied and she has the loudest voice of all the CO's in the hall.I had a free ride at the interview showing that God answers prayers.Tons of mails and yahoo chat were not looked at just pictures and 4 questions and that was all,not even up to 3 minutes and i was aproved, thanks be to God. sincerely

Wooow. So pathetic. Consular officers are more aware of skype calls now. But wit Pingo, i'm not sure the Asian lady have heard of it. Mayb that's why she refused it. You knw, approval of visas resides only with the consular officer at the time of the interview. But i bet it, send them an email tellin them you have ur phn records printed by a US phn company at the notice of time given on ur 221g notice. Goodluck in ur future endeavour.

First of all congratulation and thank God for providing protection to you to avoid that lady.

How come she is getting away with this type of action. It seems to me that she distaste nigerians and she is getting some help from above to be able to do this and get away with it. You can't continue to deny people and no one within the embassy is saying how come you are having the highest rate of denials.

Hum.. I will walk this tight rope and see how it comes out.

Thanks. I have done exactly that. I contacted pingo and explained to them that the US consulate rejected the record I printed online. They are going to send me a more formated and presentable records probably with their letter headings. Again I also requested them to write a letter to US consulate in lagos attesting to the fact that I have been a custome to date. As soon as I get this in place, I will email the embassy and request a new date arguing that the phone records my finacee had at the interview were indeed a valid US phone records. I will then follow with a DHL shippment of these records to my financee and a copy to the embassy.

I hope this will help if they are not sticking to Ap.

Another Asian lady victim! Sorry to hear that. My fiancee was denied by the infamous witch because she believed from our pictures that our traditional engagement ceremony was marriage! I had to travel back to Nigeria to register the marriage and start all over again. I would see why they'd keep her there cos she makes them more money by having people refile, pay, wait, and ...all over again. If they can get money from each couple twice by first time denials they'd be happy. I dont think their goal is to issue as many visas as possible, so I think we are all at her mercy. I am sure the embassy knows her record and they continue to keep her for a reason. I would advice you use rebtel instead of pingo. Rebtel is both cheaper and has more convincing print out unlike pingo that prints in excel. You seam to already be on the correct path, but it would not hurt to get your senators involved. Good luck.

I am sorry to hear about your interview with that lady. Adminstrative Processing is just a very detailed

background check. They will call you after they finish doing whatever they are doing. You just have

to be patient. Make surey you have all your phone records and email them all the time.

GOOD LUCK!
