We were sent an rfe on the 23rd of june but it got misplaced by the post office. It took 6 weeks to eventually get the rfe and we sent the information back and then on the 15th of august they continued with my case.

I was approved for AP on the 19th of August. My AOS case has been touched 3 times in the last week. My question is now that i have been approved for the AP should i be getting my interview letter soon. My local USCIS center is manchester,NH. I have checked and they are only processing cases from the 22nd of feb much the same as boston but i have seen many people who started their journey after that get their interview before then.

We are not going to use the AP as we cannot afford to go back to ireland for a weding. We will go back for xmas instead. We originally filed for everything on the 23rd of May and got our NOA in the first week of june. Our whole journey has been like a rollercoaster of emotions and we just want to be able to start our lives over here. We have been living on my wifes wage for the last 5 and a half months so times have been very tough. I just want to be able to work and support my wife. We are going to give the states a year from when im able to work and if it doesnt work out we will move back to ireland.
